FTS was established 12 May 2005. Our corporate officers are:

• John Fitzgerald, (CEO/President, MBA, MS Aerospace Engineering, NRO contractor), has been working and managing USG contracts for more than two decades. Mr. Fitzgerald has extensive engineering and operational experience supporting sensitive clients around the world. Additionally, he has contract management experience as a Program Manager at a top Federal Government Contractor and as the Vice President for National Security Programs at a local corporation, where he was responsible for the successful management of over 20 contracts valued at over $40M involving over 600 mission support specialists.



• Pete Waldorf, (Chief Operations Officer, MA), is a 22 year veteran of federal government service and an Intelligence retiree from the Directorate of Support. After retirement, he held the position of Director of National Security Programs for a federal contracting firm where he was responsible for all personnel security matters for more than 200 Industrial Security contractors working out of Sponsor facilities.
