FTS was established 12 May 2005. Our corporate officers are:

• John Fitzgerald, President of FTS, has been working and managing USG contracts for more than two decades. Mr. Fitzgerald has extensive engineering and operational experience supporting sensitive clients around the world. Additionally, he has contract management experience as a Program Manager at a top Federal Government Contractor and as the Vice President for National Security Programs at a local corporation, where he was responsible for the successful management of over 20 contracts valued at over $40M involving over 600 mission support specialists.



• Chief Operations Officer, Pete Waldorf, is a 22 year veteran of federal government service and an Intelligence retiree from the Directorate of Support. After retirement, he held the position of Director of National Security Programs for a medium federal contracting firm where he was responsible for all personnel security matters for more than 200 Industrial Security contractors working out of Sponsor facilities.



• Director of Programs, Frida Kim, is a business professional with over 10 years of contract and program management experience in the Intelligence Community and other Federal government agencies. Ms. Kim has served as executive support to a general contractor involved in OBO and DoS contracts. Before joining FTS, she was a Program Manager supervising over 100 task orders and contracts with over 200 employees in support of the Intelligence Community.
