Step-by-step Instructions

Actions after July 5th:

You will need your temporary password, computer/tablet, and your cell phone/authenticator app for this process

1. Use your Temporary Password to sign into your email account 

     a. Go to the new website link in your browser 

     b. Your FTS email address will remain the same 

2. Set-up Multifactor Authentication (MFA) 

     a. You will be prompted to update MFA upon signing into your email. Please follow the instructions PDF posted on this page

3. For Mobile device users with Outlook App

     a. Remove your old account and sign in with the new password, following PDF instructions

     b. The Outlook app is now required for mobile email (the Mail app on iPhone will no longer work for your FTS email)

4. For PC users with the Outlook Desktop App

     a. Please contact Noah Lewis if you use the Outlook Desktop app on Windows PC's. If you only use the website/browser to view your email, no further action is needed.
